CLC3603 - Triple, 1.1mA, 200MHz Amplifier with Disable
The COMLINEAR™ CLC3603 is a triple channel, high-performance current feedback amplifier that consumes only 1.1mA per channel of supply current that can be disabled to lower the supply current to 0.11mA. The CLC3603 offers 200MHz of bandwidth at gain of 2 and 450V/µs slew rate. The CLC3603 is designed to operate from 5V or ±5V supplies and is available in lead-free SOIC-16 and TSSOP-16 packages.
