CLC3605 - Triple 1.5GHz, 2,500V/µs Current Feedback Amplifier
The COMLINEAR™ CLC3605 is a triple channel, high-performance, current feedback amplifier. The CLC3605 features 1.5GHz unity gain bandwidth and 2,500V/µs slew rate. With 120MHz 0.1dB bandwidth, the CLC3605 exceeds the bandwidth requirements for high-definition video. The CLC3605 also offers 120mA of output current, easliy capable to drive multiple video loads. The outputs of the CLC3605 can be put into a high-impedance disabled state for multiplexing applications. The CLC3605 is available in a lead-free SOIC-16 package.
