CLC3613 - Triple, 1.1mA, 200MHz Amplifier
The COMLINEAR™ CLC3613 is a triple channel, high-performance current feedback amplifier that consumes only 1.1mA per channel of supply current. The CLC3613 offers 200MHz of bandwidth at gain of 2 and 450V/µs slew rate. The CLC36133 is designed to operate from 5V or ±5V supplies and is available in lead-free SOIC-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
