SPT7720 - 8 Bit, 200 MSPS ADC
The SPT7720 is an 8-bit, high-speed, analog-to-digital converter implemented in a 0.5 µm BiCMOS process. It utilizes a folding and interpolating architecture that provides both high sample rates and low power. The device comes complete with a high bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier and internal voltage reference.
