CADEKA® Microcircuits and Shenzhen UTEPO Tech Co, Ltd. is proud to announce their newly formed Global Strategic Alliance.

LOVELAND, COLORADO, May 1, 2012—CADEKA Microcircuits, the industry’s newest and fastest growing analog supplier, has teamed with UTEPO, a world leader in video surveillance system solutions. The Global Strategic Alliance (GSA) gains it strength from UTEPO, who is the market leader within the China surveillance market and CADEKA, who is a high-performance analog component supplier. CADEKA has developed leading edge technology in surveillance and video conditioning applications and markets. The GSA will strengthen UTEPO’s leadership position in the China market to facilitate a strong global presence. CADEKA has become UTEPO’s key analog supplier with a full range of high-performance analog and mixed signal products that will support UTEPO’s products. CADEKA products include: High-Performance COMLINEAR® Amplifiers, Comparators, and MCM Instrumentation and Video Amplifiers. Also included are CADEKA’s Data Converters and Application-Specific Standard Products (ASSPs).

The strongest role the GSA will play and, the future key for success, is in the identified breakout technologies planned for development by each of the companies individual disciplines. Both companies will cooperate and share information regarding market knowledge, technology advances and requirements, product trends, etc.; targeting both markets within China and globally.

CADEKA continues to develop a presence in the China market. In December, 2011, CADEKA opened a new sales office in Wuxi, China to better serve and market our Colorado-based products in the Asian electronic markets. Craig Swing of Loveland, Colorado, recently relocated to China and is CADEKA’s General Manager for the Wuxi office and the first Western manager to serve in this capacity within this region of China.

Increased sales in Asia and China, in addition to partnerships with companies such as UTEPO, have enabled CADEKA to add additional, highly-skilled Design Engineering staff members at its Loveland, Colorado headquarters. In order to support the growing demand of additional products such as those for UTEPO, CADEKA is adding many staff positions throughout the world.
